Changcai Cui was born in 1972 in Qingdao of Shandong Province. She is the professor and PhD supervisor of Institute of Manufacturing Engineering at Huaqiao University. Prof. CUI got Supported by Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University in 2010, regarded as Xiamen key talents in 2014, and selected in the second batch of Quanzhou senior talents in 2014. She has taken up various important academic roles, such as correspondence and appraisal expert of the National Natural Science Foundation of China; appraisal expert of Chinese Postdoctoral Science Foundation; appraisal expert on overseas study of China Scholarship Council; reviewer on overseas study scholarship of Fujian provincial educational department; communicating and evaluating expert of Zhejiang Natural Foundation; correspondence and appraisal expert of Heilongjiang Natural Foundation; correspondence and appraisal expert for academic dissertation of Fujian province. She was also nominated as the standing member of the Measurement and Control Committee of China Instrument and Control Society; the member of the Measurement Instrument Committee of Chinese Society for Measurement; the member of Youth working committee of China Instrument and Control Society; the member of National Interchange and Measurement Technique Seminar; the member of Branch on micro-nano devices and technologies of China Instrument and Control Society; the member of Fujian Association of Automation and Xiamen Association of Automation; the standing member of Xiamen Instrument and Control Society;  the member and vice general secretary of Xiamen Society for Measurement. And she was hired as the reviewer of Optics and Precision Engineering and Measurement.
